Personality: Shinsei's personality depends on the situation at hand. Usually if its just a normal day and he's talking to friends/villagers he is usually seems carefree,nice,and he seems to joke around very often with the other people. When he's usually dealing with political matters umong other villages he becomes serious and tries to get down to the point on everything to make the situation clear and not disguise any of it. At the same time he is also quite persuasive in situations that require debating/alliances. When he WAS on missions or in future refrence when he might AID people on missions he was highly specialized in assassination. He was exactly like his skill. Quiet,deadly,precise,and fast. He would rarely speak among his teammates unless they had a strategy to build. Shinsei is nothing like how he is assassinating then in acutal conversations. Most people don't tell the difference except his teammates because he has already killed his victims.

History: Shinsei when he was born into the clan he had already seen how his family had assassinated. It was imprinted into his mind how to be cold and cunning. Unlike the rest of his clan he didn't want to always keep away from the rest of the world. Shinsei tried to get more and more of his generation to become more social with the rest of the village so not everyone is so affraid of them. During this process he had met his teacher. Ryoushi Rishikaku. He supported Shinsei's movement to make the clan more social with the rest of his village. To do this though he explained that he would need to become more admired around the clan. Rishikaku could already see Shinsei's skill. By the time he was 5 he was already training to become an assassin. A cold heartless Shinobi. Shinsei was advancing much quicker than the rest of the clans men because of his excessive training. Sometimes hidden he would follow Rishikaku on his missions and observe how he did everything. When his first missions came that required this he had improvised them to his own means. By the time he was 9 Rishikaku had recommended him for Chunin and his reputation among the clan was growing. Shinsei had gotten more and more of his clan to express themselves become more social. They soon became more known. Many of them became trainers for some of the upper rank Anbu's to give them advice, teach them how to make poisons, and tell them hidden infromation about targets. Soon Shinsei had reached Jounin by age 12 and was already teaching students older than him. He had to admit it was pretty wierd teaching students twice his size skills for assassination. Jutsus that he performed with ease while they had trouble taking days to finally get down the skill. By age 16 he was in the Anbu ranks of the hunter nin and soon he began to teach his team the many things Rishikaku had tought him. They were quick and effective and were usually only asked to perform missions on rare occasions due to their skill. By age 19 he was considered highly skilled amoung most Jounin and was at Sannin level. By now his clan was as he envisoned. They were social amoung the villagers telling them about daily lives amoung the clan. Shinsei had finally reached his goal and was proud of himself. He continued to serve as a shinobi under the hunter nin for 4 more years. Then his Kage was diagnoised with a disease and he was unfit to lead his village. Being the only sanin in the village and seemed to have influence among the villagers Shinsei accepted and is ready for his new reign as kage. Now he is a bit nervous about the new times and wonders what is going to happen while he rules, but only time will tell before anything happens. For now he just wants the village to be peaceful...but he wouldn't mind some excitement once in awhile.
